5th Floodlight Media Excellence Awards Nominees to Be Announced on August 13
The nominees for the 5th edition of the Floodlight Media Excellence Awards (FMEA25) will be officially announced on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, during the Music Plus show on Kessben TV.
Following weeks of submissions and meticulous deliberations, the list will reveal outstanding media personalities and individuals who have made significant contributions to the media industry and national development.
The journey began on June 11, 2025, when nominations officially opened. The response was overwhelming, with over 500 entries received from across the country. Once the deadline closed, an expert panel and the board of trustees undertook the challenging task of reviewing each submission. Every entry was assessed against strict criteria to ensure that only the most deserving personalities are shortlisted.
While each region has its own set of categories, several national awards cut across the entire country. The highlight of the event will be the Big 6 Awards—the most prestigious honors of the night. These ultimate categories, to be revealed live on Kessben TV, include:

- Lifetime Achievement Award
- Walk of Fame
