In a recent statement at the floor of the parliament by the Majority Chief Whip Rockson Dafeamekpor challenged Nyindam’s attempt to participate in the ongoing budget debate, insisting that the Kpandai legislator is no longer a valid member of Parliament. He stressed that allowing Nyindam to continue participating in parliamentary proceedings would undermine the authority of the judiciary and set a concerning precedent for the rule of law in Ghana.
