Abeadze Paramount Chief Calls for Support for New Development Queenmother

The Paramount Chief of the Abeadze Traditional Area and former Vice President of the National House of Chiefs, Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII, has called on the people of Abeadze Achiase to fully support their newly installed Development Queenmother, Nana Aba Fowa I, to help accelerate development in the community.
Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII made the call while speaking at the official installation ceremony of Nana Aba Fowa I at Abeadze Achiase. He emphasized that the success of her mandate would largely depend on the cooperation and collective support of the people.
According to the Paramount Chief, Nana Aba Fowa I has the vision, experience, and commitment required to drive meaningful development in the area. He urged residents to embrace her as their own and work closely with her to achieve shared development goals.

“I have known her for a long time, including during her stay in Philadelphia, and I am confident in her capacity and dedication to development,” Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII stated.
He further encouraged the newly installed queenmother to use her position to fast-track development projects that would improve the social and economic wellbeing of the people of Abeadze Achiase.
Traditional Leaders Pledge Support
The Chief of Abeadze Achiase and Ankobeahene of the Abeadze Traditional Area, Nana Antwi Boasiako III, expressed gratitude to Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII for what he described as a visionary decision in bringing a development-oriented queenmother to the community.

In his welcome address on behalf of the people, Nana Antwi Boasiako III praised the Paramount Chief’s leadership and commitment to effective communication and unity within the traditional area, noting that these qualities have contributed significantly to progress under his reign.
Call for Acceptance and Unity
Also speaking at the ceremony, the Apegyahen of the Asebu Traditional Area, Nana Obokese Ampah I, urged the people of Abeadze Achiase to accept Nana Aba Fowa I wholeheartedly and treat her as one of their own.
He noted that many people of African descent living abroad desire to reconnect with their roots and return home, adding that when such individuals answer the call, they should be embraced with love and support.
“Many blacks in America wish to return home. If one has come, we must welcome her, love her, and support her,” he said.
Queenmother’s Commitment to Development
In her acceptance remarks, Nana Aba Fowa I expressed heartfelt gratitude to the traditional authorities and the people of Abeadze Achiase for the honour bestowed upon her. She assured the community of her readiness to mobilize resources, including support from her family and networks, to help drive development initiatives in the area.

She placed particular emphasis on education, encouraging the youth to take their studies seriously and assuring them of her support in their pursuit of academic and personal success.
“I urge the youth to focus on their education. I am committed to supporting you in every way possible to help you succeed and contribute meaningfully to the development of Abeadze Achiase,” Nana Aba Fowa I stated.
