Uniformed military officers have occupied half of the audience section of the financial and economic court, where the Chief of Defence Staff, Lieutenant General Thomas Oppong-Peprah, takes the stand to testify following a subpoena by a former military officer and third accused person in the ongoing ambulance procurement trial, Richard Jakpa.
