Ensuring a Credible Voter Register
The statement, signed by William Yemoah, Secretary to the Presidential Elections Committee, emphasized that a rigorous verification exercise will be conducted before the primaries. This measure is to ensure that the final album is both authentic and credible.
The expansion of the voting base marks a significant shift in the NPP’s internal electoral process, potentially increasing the diversity of voices involved in selecting the party’s next flagbearer ahead of the 2026 general elections.
