
The Mfantsipim School (Botwe) has once again proven its academic might after emerging champions of the 2025 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ), successfully defending the title and securing their fourth championship in the history of the prestigious contest.
The grand finale, held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 was a thrilling intellectual showdown featuring Mfantsipim School, St. Augustine’s College (Augusco), and Opoku Ware School (OWASS). The contest kept audiences on edge from the first round to the final bell, as each school battled fiercely for supremacy in science and mathematics.

Mfantsipim’s team displayed exceptional composure and precision, dominating the final rounds with confident answers and swift problem-solving skills. Despite a strong challenge from St. Augustine’s and Opoku Ware, Botwe maintained their momentum, sealing victory with a commanding scoreline that drew loud cheers from their supporters.
By this triumph, Mfantsipim adds a fourth NSMQ trophy to their cabinet, solidifying their legacy as one of Ghana’s true powerhouses in academic competition.
