From the Airwaves to the Streets: Obrumankoma FM, Daniel Boabeng Production Brings Relief to the Less Privileged

Obrumankoma FM, a Mankessim-based radio station, in collaboration with Daniel Boabeng Production, has once again put smiles on the faces of orphans, widows, and persons living with physical disabilities across the Mfantseman Municipality and neighbouring districts.

As part of its annual humanitarian outreach and corporate social responsibility, the foundation donated assorted food items, soft drinks, educational materials, and an undisclosed amount of money to support the less privileged. The initiative forms part of a long-standing commitment by the radio station and its partners to give back to society and uplift vulnerable groups.

The charitable exercise was climaxed with a special event held under the theme, “Visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction.” The programme drew community members, beneficiaries, and well-wishers, creating an atmosphere of compassion, unity, and celebration.

Addressing the gathering, the General Manager of Obrumankoma FM, Hon. Aliu Ibrahim Gambo, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to all individuals and organisations that supported the initiative. He gave special recognition to Mr. Daniel Boabeng, whose production outfit not only supported the outreach but also facilitated the appearance of renowned gospel musician Mama Joyce. Her powerful and electrifying ministration thrilled the audience and added colour to the event.
