Methodist Rafiki Satellite Village Receives Support from Fantastic Royals

The Methodist Rafiki Satellite Village recently received generous donations from the Queen Mother of Abura Kwadowagya, Nana Aba Abaduwa Ofowa II, and her group, Fantastic Royals, a non-governmental organisation committed to supporting children and vulnerable communities.

The donations, which came ahead of the festive season, included toiletries, bottled water, rice, cooking oil, and other essential items, bringing joy and relief to the children residing at the facility.

Speaking to Agyei Kwaku Mensah after the presentation, Nana Aba Abaduwa Ofowa II highlighted the plight of children living in the village, noting that they do not enjoy the same opportunities and privileges as children raised in family homes.

“These children do not have the opportunities that children living with their parents have. Our group has children at heart, and that is why we are here to bring smiles to their faces,” she said.

She added that the Fantastic Royals group is dedicated to spreading happiness among children and supporting initiatives that improve their well-being, particularly during festive periods.

On behalf of the Methodist Rafiki Satellite Village, the Social Relations Officer, Madam Rejoice Dei Forson, expressed profound gratitude for the gesture. She prayed for God’s blessings upon the group and urged others in the community to emulate their example of generosity and compassion.

“We are deeply thankful for this support. May God bless the Fantastic Royals, and may their kindness inspire others to reach out to children in need,” Madam Forson said.

Members of the Fantastic Royals also shared their joy and satisfaction in giving back to the community, emphasizing that helping others brings happiness and strengthens societal bonds.
