Mr Justice Enoch Appiah, popularly known as Kojo Appiah, is appealing to delegates of the Mfantseman Constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to vote Number 2 on the ballot as he contests the position of Constituency Communications Officer.

Kojo Appiah is campaigning under the theme “Strategic Communications for Victory 2028”, with a stated focus on strengthening the constituency’s communications structure, amplifying grassroots voices and improving engagement among party leadership, constituency executives, communicators and members.

Focus on Grassroots Communication

A key message of Kojo Appiah’s campaign is #ObiaraKaHo — “You Matter, I Matter”, which he says represents his commitment to inclusive communication and greater attention to the views and concerns of party members at the grassroots level.

According to his campaign message, effective communication should extend beyond the dissemination of information to creating channels through which members can share their concerns, ideas and feedback with the constituency leadership.

He has therefore made grassroots engagement a central part of his proposed communications agenda.

Strengthening the Constituency Communications Structure

Kojo Appiah says he intends to promote a more coordinated, responsive and effective communications structure if given the mandate to serve as Constituency Communications Officer.

His stated priorities include strengthening engagement with grassroots members, improving media outreach and making greater use of modern digital communication platforms to reach party members and the wider public.

He also emphasises closer collaboration among constituency executives, branch-level structures, party communicators and members, with the aim of ensuring that information is communicated clearly, consistently and effectively across the constituency.

Strategic Communications for Victory 2028

The theme “Strategic Communications for Victory 2028” places communication at the centre of Kojo Appiah’s campaign.

His campaign message highlights the importance of developing a communications system capable of reaching members across the constituency while also effectively engaging the wider public through traditional media and emerging digital platforms.

The campaign also points to the growing importance of social media and other digital channels in political communication, particularly in reaching younger audiences and facilitating faster engagement.

Call for Delegate Support

As the constituency election approaches, Kojo Appiah is asking delegates to support his candidature and give him the mandate to serve as Mfantseman NDC Constituency Communications Officer.

His campaign presents Number 2 on the ballot as the choice for delegates who identify with his stated vision of strategic communication, grassroots engagement and a more coordinated constituency communications structure.
