Renowned music producer and creative entrepreneur, Mr Daniel Boabeng, has appealed to the youth to desist from drug abuse, cautioning that the growing menace poses a serious threat to their future and the overall development of society.

Speaking to NewsAfricaGhana after Obrumankoma FM’s “Visit the Fatherless and Widows in Their Affliction” outreach programme, Mr. Boabeng expressed grave concern about the alarming rate at which drug abuse is destroying the lives, talents, and potential of young people across the country.

According to him, the widespread misuse of drugs among the youth has contributed to rising social vices, mental health challenges, indiscipline, and the collapse of many promising careers.
