Egyaa No. 3 Festival Committee Applauds Isaac Obo Quansah for GH¢10,000 Support

The Festival Planning Committee of Egyaa No. 3 has commended the Chief Executive Officer of OQ Movement, Mr Isaac Obo Quansah, for his generous financial support towards the successful organisation of the community’s annual festival.

Mr Obo Quansah has received commendation from Nananom, the festival committee and residents of Egyaa No. 3 following two separate financial contributions aimed at supporting key activities of the celebration.

As part of his support, he sponsored the festival’s popular Di Asa competition with an amount of GH¢8,000.00, providing financial backing for the organisation of the competition.

In a separate gesture, he presented an additional GH¢2,000.00 to the Festival Planning Committee during the grand durbar to support the overall organisation and celebration of the festival.

The two contributions bring his total financial support to GH¢10,000.00.

His interventions have attracted appreciation from the traditional authorities and members of the community, who have acknowledged his contribution to the festival and the promotion of community participation in cultural activities.

The Di Asa competition remains one of the activities associated with the festival, providing an avenue for entertainment, talent display and community engagement.

The Festival Planning Committee’s commendation highlights the importance of individual and corporate support in sustaining traditional festivals, promoting local culture and strengthening community development.

Mr Obo Quansah’s contributions also underscore the role of community-oriented individuals and organisations in supporting traditional institutions and initiatives that bring people together.
