Thomas Partey Welcomes Opportunity to Clear His Name — Lawyer

Thomas Partey’s legal representative, Jenny Wiltshire, has confirmed that the Ghanaian international is determined to prove his innocence after being formally charged with multiple sexual offenses by British authorities on Friday.

The former Arsenal midfielder, 32, is facing five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault. According to the charges, two of the rape counts involve one woman, three relate to a second woman, while the sexual assault charge concerns a third. The alleged incidents reportedly took place between 2021 and 2022.

“Thomas now welcomes the opportunity to finally clear his name. As legal proceedings are underway, my client will not be making any further public statements,” Wiltshire said in a statement.
