Ahenkorah Bartholomew Appeals for Calm as NPP Presidential Primaries Approach

Western North Region’s Sefwi Juaboso District-based, Mr. Ahenkorah Bartholomew, has called on members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to maintain peace, stay focused, and restore calm within the party ahead of the upcoming Presidential Primaries scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026.

Speaking on the occasion with News Africa Ghana, Mr. Ahenkorah expressed his gratitude to all NPP executives and members for their unwavering support throughout the party’s recent campaign activities.

He emphasized the importance of a free, fair, and transparent election on January 31, as the party prepares to elect a new flagbearer in anticipation of Ghana’s 2028 general elections.

Reflecting on the timeline, he noted, “It is only a few weeks to the election, and we must ensure that NPP as a political party must remains united and committed to patriotic and democratic principles.”
